Volta Grup S.R.L., a company with 100% Romanian capital, has been granted approval by the Competition Council for the acquisition of Electrotehno S.R.L., recognized as a provider of transformer stations, equipped metal containers, and low-voltage distribution panels. The authority’s analysis concluded that this transaction does not pose significant barriers to effective competition in the Romanian market.
